1. About Us

Dog Pawtisserie is a small, Ontario-based dog bakery offering handmade, organic treats for dogs. Our products are intended for pet consumption only, are perfect for dogs with sensitivities and are made with love in a home-based kitchen. 

2. Ordering & Payment
•    Orders can be placed through our website, local pop-up shops, or farmers’ markets.
•    We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
•    All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes if registered.

3. Shipping & Delivery
•    We currently ship within Canada only.
•    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
•    Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or courier services.
•    We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Refunds & Returns
•    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
•    If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damage, or quality concerns), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at info@dogpawtisserie.ca, and we’ll make it right.

5. Product Use
•    Treats are for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.
•    Always supervise your pet when giving treats and ensure access to fresh water.
•    Please read ingredient lists carefully to avoid any known allergies or dietary issues for your dog.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Dog Pawtisserie, you acknowledge and agree that:
•    Products are provided “as is” and we are not liable for any adverse reactions.
•    We do not offer any medical or veterinary advice.
•    Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
