Shipping Policy
Local Delivery
We offer next day delivery for orders within Ottawa area.
Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next day. We'll notify you when your treats are out for delivery, so you can have a tail wag or two ready at the door!
Shipping within Canada
We currently ship to Nova Scotia and all other Canadian Provinces via trusted third party couriers. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and location but most orders arrive between 3-7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. We do not currently offer international shipping - our treats are proudly baked and shared within Canada only.
