Refund Policy

At Dog Pawtisserie, every treat is baked with love and inspected for quality before it leaves our kitchen. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@dogpawtisserie.ca. We'll be happy to make things right - whether that's a replacement, credit or refund.
